Job Security, Wages/Salary, Promotion, Decision Making

Tugas 

Job Security

1.   A : Hello, it's pleasure to meet you
      B : It's pleasure to meet you too sir, a good chance for to meet you
2.   A : Oh, it's no problem. How was your job in Indonesia?
      B : So far I enjoyed it. But sometimes, I don't have enough time for my family
3.   A : Ah that's the risk of jobs. In my country, we usually searching for another job if we don't have enough
           time with their family
      B : That's the problem! In Indonesia, it's very hard to get another job in no time. We have to stay in our
           job, only who have a chance can get another job in no time
4.   A : In my country, our government had manage a job in their interest or their skill so we conduct our

           skilled for the right jobs. 
      B : Wow, it's good then. In Indonesia we hard to manage it, because we have so many ethnic that not all
           of them had some interest and goal. So we had so much system in here, that's why we hard to
           manage it.
5.   A : Oh I see, I knew how hard it is. But did your government had a policy about it? 
      B : Well, they had. But in implementation, it's not efficient because what I said before, we had different 
           goal and interest.
6.   A : Usually with government's policy, they can manage the system until it's sub-system. I thought it's not
           hard. Well anyway how about job security in your country?
      B : Job security in my country depends more upon the economy and businesses conditions than in most
          countries because of the capitalist system and the minimal government intervension in business. How 
          about your country?
7.   A : Wow it's opposite in my country! So many government intervension in business, because my country 
           was agrarian.
      B : Oh I see agrarian, well, the government must take place in order to system that I knew.

Wages / Salary 

8.   A : Hello, how are you? Long time no see
      B : Fine, thank you. How about you? You look so much different 
9.   A : Fine, well my job was good so I had to change my appearance haha
      B : Wow that sound's good you know 
10. A : Why? You don't want to?
      B : Not that, I just thought how much money do I have to spend 
11. A : Well, is it your job not good? 
      B : Oh no no, it's about salary. By the way, how's your country set minimum wage? 
12. A : Oh, in my country if you don't have a skill or ability, you can't get a minimum wage or maybe job.We
           decided it in order to find a peole who had a right job in a right place, so we can avoid a misconduct. 
      B : Hmm, I see it's sounds goo too
13. A : How about your country? I thought in Indonesia too right? 
      B : In my country, minimum wage decide by it's province. Every province had a different wages.
14. A : Wow that's good too, but what's the problem?
      B : Well, it's too hard to get job, especially for fresh graduated. So hard to get it and it's different with 
            your country

Promotion

15. A : Hello, I don't know you're here! 
      B : I'm here for interest of my company
16. A : Really? Wow you must be in another country too
      B : Well not too many but it's funny
17. A : Ah it's very happy to be with you 
      B : Hahahaha not like that, you can do it too i believe 
18. A : Ah it's hard in Indonesia 
      B : What? Why? 
19. A : Yeah not much company that can go internasional 
      B : Hem I see then 
20. A : Oh what are you doing in Indonesia?
      B : I'm promoting my product that has sale in yor country
21. A : Wow a promotion. It must be fun
      B : Not only that, I want to know how Indonesian product promote to public too
22. A : Hem we usually, we use billboard on the street or using media for promotion
      B : Well, in my country we can use anything that had a potential. From our billboard to our street art 
23. A : That's sounds good. Well I have to go. See you then 
      B : See you 

Decision Making

24. A : Nice to see you! How's your company? 
      B : So far it's fine, how about yours?
25. A : Well it's fine too 
      B : There something I want to know about your company, can I ask you?
26. A : Well if it's not our privacy, it's not a problem 
      B : Well, it's about a decision making. How's the system that your company run? 
27. A : Well, in my country, government intervension is much less for business. So we decided it with our 
            decision not a government decision 
      B : Oh I see
28. A : How about in Indonesia?
      B : Well, it's opposite to your country. A domestic firm hard to wait a government for a decision making 
            in order to play the rule 
29. A : Wow that musy be hard. Is it always government role?
      B : Yes, it's always. We have to wait until find a government decision 
30. A : So your government take an important role than?
      B : Very important, because Indonesia in an agrarian
